The Role: Join the Front of House team delivering world-class dining experiences. As an Assistant Waiter, you will rotate between the Main Dining Room and the Lido Buffet, supporting the Head Waiter in service delivery. This role offers the highest earning potential for entry-level candidates due to the tipping structure.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Service Execution: Support the Waiter in serving food and beverages, managing table setup (mise-en-place), and clearing tables efficiently between courses.
• Menu Knowledge: Learn daily menus to assist guests with basic questions and dietary requirements.
• Buffet Operations: During breakfast/lunch rotations, replenish buffet stations and assist guests with seating and beverage orders.
• Teamwork: Coordinate with the galley team to ensure food is picked up hot and delivered promptly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or resort.
