The Role: We are looking for energetic, outgoing Bar Servers to join the beverage teams on major cruise lines. You will work in various venues—from poolside decks and nightclubs to elegant lounges and theaters. If you have a great personality and love selling, this is the best job on the ship.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Sales & Service: Roam assigned lounges/decks to take drink orders and upsell premium spirits or cocktails.
• Menu Knowledge: Master a menu of 50+ cocktails, wines, and beers to make recommendations to guests.
• Speed & Accuracy: Input orders into the POS system (Micros) quickly and deliver drinks from the bar to the table without spillage.
• Entertainment: Engage with guests, enhancing their vacation experience with conversation and energy.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a waiter/server in a high-volume bar, nightclub, or hotel lounge.
• Personality is key: You must be outgoing, confident, and smiling.
• Excellent spoken English is required (other languages are a bonus).
• Knowledge of basic cocktails and spirits.
• Must be at least 21 years old (due to US alcohol service laws).
